At NTJ we want to ensure you are more than satisfied with your jewellery. We have a thirty day exchange policy on ready made pieces, which means you have thirty days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase please.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All personalized name and initial jewellery will be final sale. We are not responsible for any spelling errors made on the customers part. Please make sure to double check that all the selections and spelling is correct before placing your order. There are no returns or exchanges on customized jewellery.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item/items you have. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item to exchange, and let you know if the item was approved or not.
