Exchanges

At NTJ, we truly want you to love and feel confident in your jewellery. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

We offer a 10-day exchange policy on ready-made pieces, giving you 10 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.

To be eligible, your piece must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

As each custom design is thoughtfully created just for you, custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

To begin the exchange process, please email us at shop@namethatjewellery.com. All exchanges require prior approval, and pieces returned without authorization will not be accepted.
